Hello from Ljubljana, Slovenia! We're firstgraders who work with you on the project The View from our Window. We play this game as well and it is called RISTANC. The squares are drawn slightly different but the trick with the stone is the same. We hope you'll visit us on our blog. We've just started but soon there will be more of our activities posted:

Our name is The Pine Cones :) It is STORŽKI in Slovene. We have only one word for all tree cones, it doesn't matter what the spiece of a tree is.
